Privacy notice
This notice explains how SearchVero handles personal information when you visit searchvero.com or get in touch with us.
Who we are
SearchVero designs and builds websites for tour and activity operators. SearchVero is run by Md Nasim Biswas, who is responsible for the personal information described here. For anything privacy-related, email hello@searchvero.com.
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your website, booking system or details about your tours.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and the messages you send.
- When you visit the site: like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.
This site has no contact forms, user accounts or newsletter sign-ups.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal: steps you request before any contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To deliver a project we agree on together: performing our contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and running: our legitimate interest.
Cookies and tracking
SearchVero’s own pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.
The Howth live demo
Our homepage includes an independent Howth tour-page concept demonstrating our design and booking approach. It loads as you approach the preview. Your browser then connects to these providers, which receive your IP address and handle data under their own privacy policies:
- Bókun, for the live booking calendar. Bókun may set cookies its calendar needs. Reservation and payment actions are disabled in the embedded homepage preview.
- Google Fonts, for the demo page’s typeface.
- Tripadvisor, for tour photos.
- Esri and unpkg, for the route map and its mapping library.
The page checker
If you use “How fast is your tour page?”, the web address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, which loads that page to test it, under Google’s own privacy policy. We don’t store the address or the result.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information or share it for marketing. The services we use to run SearchVero, such as our email and website hosting providers, process it on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also handles those messages under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to answer you and to run any project that follows, plus any period the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@searchvero.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this notice and the date above.
